I was born in a plain family in Harbin, P. R. China. I went to China Medical University in Shenyang for my MD in 1981. Then I spent 14 years there for my MD, MS, and my teaching and researching career in medicine and forensic medicine. I came to the United States in 1995, and spent two years in Los Angeles for studying English in American English College and obtaining advanced training in medical research in University of Southern California . Since moved to Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland at the end of 1997, I have worked in the Department of Reproductive Biology for four years, and then National Prion Disease Surveilance Center for one year, and now in the Gene Expression Array Core Facility in the cancer center of CWRU.
